What is included in the free transfer?
The exemption is for user-to-user transfers within WATADCASH. Deposit, withdrawal and transfer to an office or external provider have separate fees shown in the service request.

You will find the amount, recipient and transfer reference in your account history. If you entered a recipient by mistake, immediately contact the support with the transaction reference.
