Account creation data, contact information, activity history within the Platform, verification data when you request a service that requires KYC, and basic technical information such as IP address and device type for protection and operating purposes may be included.

Service Providers
We may share the necessary minimum amount of data with hosting providers, identity verification, payment processing or card issuance when the service is active. This is subject to the provider’s contracts and policies and applicable law.
Sensitive Card Data
When activating real card services, we aim to use secure service provider interfaces and not store full CVV or PAN data within the WATADCASH database unless it is necessary, permitted and compliant with applicable security requirements.
Retention and security
We keep data to the extent and for the duration necessary for the operation of the service and compliance and legal resolution of disputes. We use secure session controls, password protection, trial limits and activity logs for sensitive operations.
User Rights
You may request correction of your data, account closure or inquiry about the data associated with you, subject to any legal obligation or service provider requirements that require certain records to be kept.
International transfers
Data may be processed in different countries depending on the location of your hosting provider, payment provider or verification. We use appropriate contractual arrangements and practices when required.
Children
The service is intended for those who have the legal capacity to contract and use payment services according to their country and the requirements of the service provider.
