First step: source of funds

Start by specifying how much you will pay from Bankak Sudan in Sudanese Pound, SDG currency. Take the funding instructions for the WATADCASH application itself; transfer beneficiary data is not a substitute for the funding entity’s data.

  • Account holder name and Bankak account number
  • Funding reference and date of implementation.

Second Step: Transfer Destination

To access the account associated with InstaPay, configure the account holder’s name, IPA address or required account details. Match the information with the destination owner, and write the required receipt amount in EGP.

  • Actual destination data.
  • Amount and currency required on receipt.

Adopt an offer for this direction.

Bankak Sudan’s offer to the account associated with InstaPay must show the amount of funding, fees, exchange rate and the amount that arrives. Do not use a reverse direction offer or an old offer for the same account; request new details for the current order.

Proceed with the request.

Keep the WATADCASH and transfer reference to the account associated with InstaPay. Credit your account for the funding phase; see the status of the transfer separately until delivery confirmation is issued. When inquiring, send the references without login details or verification codes.
