01

Choose card according to purchases

Before issuing a card for use in Jordan, review the purchase value and currency, whether it is a one-time payment or a rolling subscription. Accepting the card at the store or the platform is reviewed independently of its successful issuance.

02

Card cost and funding currency

Jordan’s local currency is the Jordanian Dinar (JOD). The card offered is denominated in dollars; see the cost of funding your account, the issuance price and the balance to be added to the card. The value of the category is not considered a sale price.

  • Category: $25 or $100 depending on the product available.
  • Sale price and issue fee: as shown in your account request.
  • Currency conversion or balance shipment: Reviewed before payment.
03

Your account eligibility first

Your stay in Jordan alone is not enough to confirm the eligibility of the card. The product is determined by the account details and the requirements of the issuance program; complete what the account requires before relying on the card for urgent purchase.

04

After the release

Open the card in your WATADCASH account to track its status, balance and operations. If a payment is rejected from a store, register the store name, time of attempt and rejection message, and then see the Card Rejection Processing Guide.
