Use the recipient’s full name and the details required for the selected delivery method in Syria. A Sham Cash wallet, a bank account and a cash collection each need different information.
Funding and transfer are separate
Follow the funding instructions issued for your WATADCASH request. Once funding is recorded, track the outgoing transfer separately using its reference.
Fees and collection
Approve the transfer fee, exchange rate and net delivery amount before funding. Internal transfers between WATADCASH users are free; that does not make external delivery to Syria free.
